Level 2 - A dynamic intermediate class that turns up the intensity with weights, props, and creative sequencing. Fit & Flow challenges stability, strength, and body awareness while keeping the Pilates method at the heart of every movement. Not recommended for clients new to the reformer.

Level 1.5 -Elevate your reformer practice with low-impact cardio using the jumpboard. This class blends jumping intervals with Pilates strengthening and full-spine mobility for a fun, sweaty, and energizing class. You'll walk out feeling sculpted, invigorated, and accomplished.

Level 1.5 -Formerly our Kupuna class, Active Strength offers a smart, supportive reformer workout for clients who need modifications, not simplifications. Ideal for those managing hip replacements, knee replacements, osteoporosis/osteopenia, mobility limitations, or other health considerations. Expect a thoughtful pace, strategic variations, and a strong focus on stability and longevity—all while getting in a solid, effective workout. Please disclose health concerns to instructor.

The ultimate cross training class to feel better and move better in your body. Yoga poses, gentle stretches on and off reformer, and myofascial massage with foam rollers and massage balls. Increase the range of motion, flexibility and strength.
