After college (where she played lacrosse for 3 years), Ali became certified in both personal training and group fitness and she’s been in the health and fitness industry ever since. Adventurous and playful at heart, Anne is a E-500-RYT and YACEP yoga and meditation teacher who believes in the connecting power of yoga. Teaching since 2009 Anne designs her sequences to be both challenging and rejuvenating. Her intention is to create a supportive holistic space for her students to connect back to themselves through mindful movement.

Ritual was created out of my life long passion for health and fitness.
Originally from the PNW, she earned her master's in health and rehabilitation sciences from University of Pittsburgh. She has been gaining experience in various forms of fitness training over the past 18 years. Diving into her Pilates certification in 2015 through the Peak method, she also has extensive Balance Body training as well as her 200 hour Yoga certificate. You can expect to feel empowered, energized and inspired through Kellie's playful high spirited teaching style. She weaves a mix of functional, traditional and non traditional movements into each session and absolutely loves creating a safe atmosphere where all levels can cultivate their ideal practice. Whether you are an experienced mover, just getting back into movement or a total beginner, Kellie believes Pilates should be accessible and fun. When she isn't teaching Kellie enjoys hiking, paddling, or searching for shells with her 2 dogs.
